This section aims to answer some commonly asked questions about how my products and services work.
- What are your social media management/marketing fees?
For the growth, and elevate retainers, you have the option of adding on social media services. Please note that there are additional fees because of the time, software, and talent going into your social media success.

2. Are contracts included?
Yes! I do NOT provide any services without payment, and contracts. Additionally, all contracts MUST be signed.
3. Do you have refund policies?
I do not offer refunds. Instead, I will give you credit equal to the retainer that you purchased. Credit MUST be used within 2 months of termination of services.
4. How do you accept payment?
I take credit, or debit card payments via Paypal Invoice or Stripe. Payment plans, or full payment must be made BEFORE to any services will be rendered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. What are your disclaimers?
I cannot guarantee businss growth. This is due to economical factors, communication, and the effort you put into your business and life.
Additionally, I will NOT be held liable for any tasks not being done due to lack of communication.
6. Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! If you refer someone to me and they book any services with me, you both receive a ONE TIME discount of 25%.
8. How Does it Work?
Before any contracts, payment, or services are rendered, we’ll start with a brief, 15-min coffee chat to give us a chance to get to know each other. Additionally, this gives you a chance to ask any questions that you might have.
Once you decide to move forward, contracts will be sent to be signed, and an invoice for payment. *No services will be rendered without completed contracts and payment/payment plans*.

9. Do You Provide Checkins?
Yes! Every package includes free check-ins, at no additonal cost. In addition I will always contact you as each skill is finished. Additionally daily, weekly, or month meetings can are included at no additonal cost as well.
